I am after some technical help with my Graphics card/drivers....

I have got a nvidia geforce 9500gt downloaded latest drivers and installed them system restarts but only get a black screen when it starts back up ???

Also have just put windows 7 extreme edition x64 on.

Have used driver sweeper to get rid of all the Nvidia crap that gets left behind.

HELP!!!!

Yes Tony.

Have to uninstall drivers in safe mode and restart.

Will have to wait for microsoft to download drivers and the same will happen again.

if the card has a dual output try swapping the cable to the other port.

Try these drivers

http://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/win7_winvista_64bit_196.21_whql_uk.html
http://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/win7_winvista_64bit_191.07_whql_uk.html
http://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/win7_winvista_64bit_190.62_whql_uk.html

Reset your motherboard back to defaults

Also check the manufactures web site to see if there is a firmware updates (MotherBoard\GFX)
